The final season of LOST begins tonight on ABC! What better way to approach the season 6 premiere than with the classic Cuatro promo narrated by Terry O’ Quinn. (I still prefer the original, sounds more enigmatic - but hey, give me John Locke and LOST any day!).
TVGuide have produced a series of “Getting Lost” videos in preparation for the return of our favorite island adventure this coming Tuesday. Check out the first part below, on whether John “Orange Smile” Locke is a Good Guy..or a Bad Guy:
Carter MacIntyre has joined the cast of the JJ. Abrams drama pilot Undercovers. According to The Hollywood Reporter, MacIntyre will play a “CIA agent with a drinking problem who goes “missing” while trailing a Russian arms dealer”.
Schwartz will play a young CIA agent who is wildly respectful of Steve’s career as an agent.
Schwartz, a sketch performer for the Upright Citizens Brigade, was a member of the team that won an Emmy for writing Hugh Jackman’s opening number at the Oscars last year.
As an actor, he recently wrapped the feature comedy “The Other Guys.”
JJ. Abrams search for his leading lady in Undercovers is over. British actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw will star opposite Boris Kodjoe in NBC’s new husband and wife spy drama. Here’s more on Mbatha-Raw, via THR:
Mbatha-Raw, a graduate of London’s Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, broke through during the summer when she was cast as Ophelia opposite Jude Law in the Donmar Warehouse production of “Hamlet,” which had successful runs in London’s West End and on Broadway.
The daughter of a South African doctor and an English nurse, Mbatha-Raw hasn’t appeared on American TV but has done arcs on several popular British series including “Spooks” and “Doctor Who.”
It’s no surprise really, but NBC prime time president Angela Bromstad revealed that JJ. Abrams new series, “Undercovers“, wont be another “Alias“. Speaking at the Television Critics Association’s winter press tour, she confirmed that Undercovers will be “lighter” in tone and be a more stand-alone closed-ended weekly procedural.
