If any movie does NOT need a sequel, it’s gotta be “Cloverfield”. I was pretty jacked for the original, but it was a serious letdown and I wanted all the characters to die horribly (which I believe they did). Mercifully, it only had a run time of about 65 minutes.
In fairness to Bad Robot, though, I am fully on board for MI4 and ST2 and even the possible Superman flick. Just no need for another “Cloverfield”.
